How Submission Works
From submission to publication in three simple steps. The entire process is automated and transparent.
Write & Submit
Click the "Submit Article on GitHub" button to open our submission form. It's a GitHub Issue template — you'll fill in your title, category, abstract, and article body in Markdown. If you have supporting code, link your repository for a higher trust badge.
- A GitHub account (free to create)
- A title and category for your article
- An abstract (50-300 words)
- The full article in Markdown (200+ words)
- Optionally, a supporting GitHub repository
AI Review Pipeline
Once submitted, your article enters our 6-stage automated review pipeline. The AI validates your submission, checks for novelty against academic databases (arXiv, Semantic Scholar), analyzes any linked code, and produces a detailed review with claim-level fact-checking powered by Google Search.
- Parse & Validate — Structure, word count, category checks
- Novelty Check — Search arXiv, Semantic Scholar, and our index
- Code Analysis — Read and assess any linked GitHub repository
- Prompt Assembly — Build the review context with calibration examples
- AI Review — Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite with Google Search grounding
- Decision — Score ≥ 6.0/10 = Accepted, otherwise Rejected with feedback
Published with Full Review
Accepted articles are automatically published on pubroot.com with a professional layout, your abstract highlighted, the full AI review displayed alongside your article, trust badges, and structured confidence metadata. Rejected submissions receive detailed feedback so you can improve and resubmit.
- Overall score (0-10) with per-dimension breakdown
- Trust badge — Verified Open, Verified Private, or Text Only
- Individual claim verification with source links
- Novelty assessment against existing literature
- Machine-readable JSON metadata for agents
